Please be advised that due to the tariffs imposed by the United States government on imports from any country, all wholesale orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional tariff charges upon delivery. These tariffs are levied by the U.S. government and are not imposed, collected, or controlled by 49 Design.

We ship direct from many manufacturing partners across the globe and as such are unable to predict the cost of these tariffs. All items purchased from 49 Design wholesale are subject to tariffs by the United States government as none of our products ship from a location within the United States.

Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable tariff fees directly to U.S. customs authorities or the shipping carrier upon receipt of their order. As these charges are mandated by the U.S. government, we are unable to predict the exact amount or waive these fees.

We understand that these additional costs may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. We encourage our U.S. customers to stay informed about current import regulations and factor these charges into their purchasing decisions.
