Shipping policy
Made to order
All 49 Dzine wholesale items are made to order by our manufacturing partners. Most orders are delivered 4 to 6 weeks after payment clears.
Manufacturer minimums
Fabric, ribbon and beads have manufacturer minimums:
- Fabric: 20 bolts (400 yards) per fabric type
- Double face satin ribbon: 2,000 yards per ribbon width (colours can be mixed)
- Printed ribbon: 5 bundles (50 spools) of the same design
- Beads: 1,000 tubes total (colours can be mixed)
Orders that meet the minimum ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Smaller orders are held and combined with other orders until the minimum is reached, which usually takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Shipping costs
We use the most cost-effective shipping method for your order unless you request a specific method. We charge the same amount for shipping as the carrier charges us.
Address verification
All shipping addresses are verified by the local postal authority before shipping. If your address cannot be verified, we will contact you to confirm it. If you confirm an address that still cannot be verified, you accept responsibility for lost or returned shipments.
Duties, taxes and tariffs
Orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or tariffs on delivery. These charges are the purchaser's responsibility. US customers, please read Important Information for American Customers.
